Ivybank , on the Lade Braes Walk, is ideal for family holidays, within easy walk of shops, bars, restaurants, beaches, golf courses, museums, castle and cathedral. There is a play park along the footpath, ideal for children. It is also suitable for groups of golfers, visitors to golf tournaments and anybody seeking an easy, relaxing holiday
You will not need a car to enjoy near all St.Andrews' attractions. It is a comfortable house with wide views to the south. The house does not have direct vehicle access and has 26 shallow steps through the front garden so is not suitable for people with mobility problems. The Google Maps marker is misleading; the house is much nearer the town centre than it indicates.

Airport: Dundee: 18.0 km
Budget airlines to Edinburgh, easy bus from airport door to Haymarket Station, rail to Leuchars station (10 minute taxi or bus journey from there) - two hour journey from Edinburgh. Or six hour train journey from London Kings x station to Leuchars station. A one a half hour drive from Edinburgh and well served by buses from all the Scottish cities. The bus station is a five minute walk from the house. You can also fly to Dundee airport from London City airport. Dundee is 12 miles from St.Andrews.
