This traditional 18th century sandstone cottage was formally part of The Hay Fleming School and still retains its character and charm. The property offers beautiful accommodation for a single traveller, couple or family right in the heart of St. Andrews, yet in a peaceful environment. The property offers a lounge with dining area, kitchen, one master bedroom which can be a double to twin room and has an en-suit shower room zip, there is a further double bedroom and a family bathroom, its a shower over the bath. There is a mains wired fire detection system, a gas combi-boiler providing central heating and hot water. There is also WI-FI. The outdoor seating at the front of the cottage is in the fully enclosed communal garden, that is split between four houses. This property offers all of St. Andrews many attractions on its doorstep.More

Went there to play in the Eden tournament the only negative about this stay was the parking, as I was playing golf I had to empty my car every night and not being able to park outside the property was a pain at times. Apart...More
