This modern apartment is the perfect base for visitors to Glasgow due to its central location, within walking distance to Glasgow's city centre and minutes by taxi. It is situated on the south side of the river and adjacent to the underground station (West Street) and main motorway (M8 and M74) links, which is very convenient for Glasgow Airport. Nearby are cinemas (The Quay) , major music venues (HYDRO, SEEC and O2 ACADEMY), fantastic restaurants, a great theatre (CITIZENS) and a casino. Glasgow is a great place to visit, with the West End, the fantastic Merchant CIty and the South side. The apartment is right in the middle of all these areas. I actually took this apartment for 10 months as I was working for the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games. As soon as I saw it I was sure I wanted to rent it! The owner Tom, is a delightful man, very helpful and approachable. Nothing was too much trouble.
The apartment is fully furnished, with high quality items and the kitchen is perfect and very well appointed.
During my 10 month stay I had no problems of any note, and found it a perfect place in every respect. The development is just on the south side of the river, which has its advantages - less noise, cheaper prices, good neighbours. It's far enough away from the centre to be quiet, but easy enough to get there by subway or walking (15 minutes to Argyle St). The subway is actually 2 minutes away, and you can be in the West End (great restaurants) in less than 20 minutes, and St Enoch (great shopping - Buchanan St) in well under 10.
I would unreservedly recommend approaching Tom if you need a rental place. I can hardly...

Had a great 4 day stay here. Arrived earlier than check in which was no problem to Mike to meet and let us start our stay. Flat was well equipped and spacous. Big comy bed. Very quiet location. Only a 3 min ride on the subway, which is close by on West street, to city centre. Would stay here again.

Payment
A £ £50 deposit is required on booking with the full payment due at least five days before arrival. The deposit is retained until full payment is made and returned at departure subject to no losses or damage being incurred or no cleaning required. Breakage or damage would be recovered at cost. Photographic evidence of flat is taken at time of let. Should the flat or any of the items, e.g. cooker, require cleaning the deposit will be retained.

Cancellation
In the event of a cancellation, no payments will be refunded. If the accommodation can be re-booked the deposit will be returned. An administration charge of ££50 will be deducted from any refund. Visitors are advised to purchase travel insurance which covers cancellation costs.
