Situated on the waters edge on the 13th floor (top floor) with a 25ft balcony and floor to ceiling windows/doors overlooking the River Clyde this location is both peaceful and serene yet just a short walk away from the vibrant Byers Road in the West End of Glasgow with it's many bars, cafes and restaurants. The apartment is just a 5 minute walk from Partick Railway Station, which offers superb connections to the rest of Glasgow, the city centre being just 5 mins away and also provides great links to see the breathtaking scenery of the Scottish Highlands. Facilities such as the SSE Hydro Arena, SECC & Science Centre are just under 1 mile away, so a 15 minute riverside walk or a very short drive for anyone seeing events there. This is my latest holiday let apartment in Glasgow (i run a couple other successful holiday let apartments in Glasgow). The apartment has just been fully renovated from top to bottom. The apartment is stylish, minimalistic and fully furnished with Patio Doors leading onto the Balcony looking onto the water and across the City of Glasgow. Its quite stunning inside and has that luxury hotel feel to it but with the added benefit you have the whole flat as to a hotel room and bathroom. There is a 46 inch SMART TV on the wall of the lounge. In the lounge there is a Corner Double Sofa Bed which is really comfy and comfortably sleeps 2 adults. The views from the lounge looking out towards the City and the River Clyde are really quite breathtaking. In the Kitchen/Dining Area there is a round glass table and 4 chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would want and need in a modern kitchen. There is a king size bed in the bedroom with reading lights and bedside units. There is also ample space in the large mirrored wardrobe. The bathroom has a really luxury feel to it. Power Shower over the bath, spacious and bright. The whole apartment has been professionally painted in chic neutral modern colours. There is carpets throughout except in the bathroom and kitchen where there is tiles. Its a really cosy luxurious apartment perfect for 2-4 people coming to stay for a short break. Amazing apartment that I would definitely stay at again. Great view looking over the Clyde with amazing facilities to use. Craig made sure we were happy with everything before he left

We were in Glasgow to visit family. The apartment was well looked after with everything we needed. The spacious lounge with balcony had unrivalled views over the river - interesting to watch both day and night. There was safe underground parking and transport routes into...More
