About the neighbourhood
Inverness has many attractions, Culloden Battlefield and Fort George are close by and equally the stunning scenery of Glen Affric and Glen Strathfarrar welcomes walker and cyclists. The local village of Beauly has excellent places to eat and to shop for arts and crafts.
Getting around
A car is the easiest way to get around the Highlands but there are good transport links in Inverness if you fancy a bigger excursion, like a coach to the north coast or a flight to the smaller islands.
