9 Duncraig Street is a beautifully refurbished traditional stone teraced house built in the late 1890s maintaining many of its original features including open coal fires and wooden floors. It is spread across two floors and is extremely comfortable with fully double glazed windows and gas central heating ensuring a warm interior whatever the season. <BR><BR>On the ground floor the living room is provided with digital television, dvd and ipod dock. The dining room has a large oak table to seat six people. They think of everything. Highly recommend. Beds are comfortable, easy walk to city. Parking pass was helpful. Lovely place to stay

We stayed at 9 Duncraig Street during the Northern Meeting competitions with friends, and thoroughly enjoyed the house. It was very homey and we enjoyed the welcome basket. The location was perfect for attending the events at Eden Court (5 minute walk) and Tesco was right behind the house for all our grocery/wine needs. Ewen and Donna responded right away...

9 Duncraig Street is in a perfect position as its within five minutes walking distance of the centre of the city yet benefits from being on a restricted side street with visitor permit parking for one car.Inverness itself has lovely tree lined walks along the river banks and through its islands. There is an extremely good theatre, cinema, swimming pool, ice rink and restaurants nearby.If you are interested in history, the Culloden battlefield is only a few miles out of the city. Loch Ness and Urquhart Castle a short fifteen minute drive. For those who would like to explore further a visit to areas such as Skye, the North West and North East coasts are possible although you may be tempted just to go and watch dolphins or take on the whisky trail.
