With various woodland walks on your doorstep as well as a good selection of local amenities & services, you’ll be spoilt for choice. Perth Museum is but a short 10 minute drive away.
Scone has also a large play park with facilities for Tennis, Football as well as a large pond where you can sit, relax & watch the Ducks & sometimes Swans swim happily along or for the younger ones there are swings, monkey bars, a sand pit to name but a few.
Fishing, walking, cycling, cinema as well as a large indoor swimming pool can all be found here. Kinnoull Hill, now a long time extinct volcano, boasts some spectacular views across Perth & all the way up the River Tay with Perth harbour below. A climb well...

Had a great 3 night stay ar affric avenue. Well equipped although did miss having a dishwasher and tumble drier. Would definitely recommend it to others. Hope to be back again next year. Thanks for having us!

The property was well-equipped and comfortable with a pretty peaceful garden which was lovely to enjoy a sunny afternoon. The location was very handy for Perth and the surrounding area. Steven and his wife were very friendly and helpful. There were several local stores within walking distance and bus-stops nearby for those without transport. We stayed for two weeks and...

From Perth city centre, over the river Tay by either Queens bridge or Smeatons Bridge, turning left at traffic lights A94. Second set of traffic lights straight ahead, (do not turn left for Scone Palace) making your way towards 'New Scone' village. Turn left off A94 Perth Rd at Scone Arms pub (all white corner building) as you enter the village, follow road on Abbey Rd, left at Sandy Rd, left at Catmoor Rd, (Library on corner), left again at Catmoor Avenue (Brown Scout Hall) following road all way round with Affric Avenue on the left hand side.
