We had a lovely stay in this comfy flat. Located in the town centre near good restaurants and friendly pubs. No need for a car to get around Perth. Thank you Sarah for the breakfast supplies and the homemade jam.

Best place I've stayed at! Fantastic price, great location, many wonderful personal touches and added extras to make you feel right at home! I would recommend this place to everyone. I just loved it and didn't want to leave!
The flat is on the 4th floor with a winding concrete stair to negotiate - so not suitable for anyone with mobility problems. I made the climb with a couple of breathing stops but apart from that the rest was positive. A cute little attic...More

About the neighbourhood
There are lots of galleries and lovely independent shops in Perth, in particular you might want to check out the incredible deli just across the street from us. The city and surrounding area is rich in history, from Scone Palace where kings and queens were crowned to St John's Kirk in the city centre, a 14th century church.
So in a nutshell you have the chance to visit some royal palaces, spend time relaxing in picturesque villages or take the train north as far as Blair Atholl, great rail journey with the prize of the castle at the end and a great pub lunch in the village.
