The owner offers paid car parking for one vehicle, in Boswell Street Car Park, immediately to the rear and overlooked by the Apartment.

Apartment 28 retains all the lovely features of this 1850's property, yet fully refurbished for the 21st Century! Both bedrooms have luxury Hypnos beds with an Italian Leather top quality sofa bed in the lounge, perfect for sleeping 2 people. Egyptian Cotton and similar hotel quality bed linen.

Flooded with daylight and great views with original shutters for privacy at night.

Our second visit to this beautiful apartment was like coming home. The location, facilities and ambiance are second to none. The owners, Fiona and James, are extremely friendly and welcoming. We will return!

A stylish and well equipped flat. Good sized rooms with very comfortable beds. A good base for Ayr and the surrounding area. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location, no car needed everything is very central, beach within five minute walk same to shops. Flat has everything you need for comfortable stay, also a plus there are two bathrooms. Would go back. Thanks Fiona and James for plonk much appreciated.
