The kitchen is fully equipped with full cooker fridge microwave, toaster, kettle, tea, coffee and other condiments to begin a meal with fresh spring water on tap. Linens and towels are also provided.
The heating is solid fuel with the option of an electric heater, the warm fire is a welcome retreat home after visiting the sites and a good sleep tops it all.

This was a great little cottage washing machine and dryer available at a small cost friendly cats that greet you on your arrival, Stephanie was very friendly, the only thing was that there was a loft with the queen size bed and there was only a ladder type access which had not hand rail or any kind, I have stayed...

Management response:

I'm delighted you enjoyed your stay but sorry to read that you had difficulties with the solid ladder stair, as seen in our photos. There is a second bed in the main room for people who get up in the night and I am happy to supply whatever makes my guests more comfortable(within reason) you only have to ask! Thanks...

About the neighbourhood
Friendly artistic and farming people live in this neighborhood among nature, farm animals and wildlife. Beautiful hills to walk along winding roads. Lakes and megalithic sites to explore along with pubs and traditional music. The town of Tulla has a good grocery store, health food shop, chemist, butcher with local meat and just across the road from the cottage we have a small honesty shop selling organic veg(when in season)and eggs. The Pubs in another nearby village have small shops attached, one of the pubs has no shop but a good restaurant and is also proud of their pale ale beer which is handcrafted in a nearby micro brewery.
