Superb City Centre Apartment

The apartment is very nice, bright and spacious with soothing views from the balcony of the courtyard. The kitchen is modern and well designed with everything you need. The living room is spacious with a comfortable couch and smart Internet TV and has Netflix. The living room leads onto a balcony with table and chairs, a beautiful space for morning coffees or an evening wine. There is a Dolce Gusto coffee machine in the apartment with coffee capsules provided. There are two double bedrooms one is ensuite with brand new shower room. The main bathroom has a full bath and toilet.Both bedrooms have big beds with windows, wardrobes and drawers. Third bed is a brand new and very comfortable three seater corner sofa bed which is in the living room and sleeps two people. The apartment is within a very safe gated complex and has security onsite.

The location for this is excellent, very central and close to all of the attractions. It was an outstanding break in Dublin and the whole party thoroughly enjoyed it. Excellent communication and every need was catered to. Will definitely visit again.

This extremely pleasant and comfortable apartment is a good 20 minutes walk from tourist ground zero of Trinity College and Temple Bar, about 10 minutes to a tram that will take you to that center in a few minutes. Adequate grocery stores a few minutes...More

About the neighbourhood
The Connolly Station/IFSC/Grand Canal Docklands is Dublin's financial district and is one of the most exclusive areas in the City Centre. This area is abundant with great bars & cafes and is frequented by professionals, tourists and families alike . The apartment is perfect due to it's close proximity to the entire city. It is close to some of Dublin's major attractions such as O'Connell Street & The Spire, Temple Bar, Phoenix Park, Grafton Street, St. Stephens Green & 3 Arena. Furthermore it is well serviced by trains , buses and the luas(Tram) allowing efficient travel across the city to places like Guinness Storehouse, Jameson Whiskey Factory and Christchurch Cathedral.
Getting around
The Apartment is in the City Centre with most places of interest within walking distance. Temple Bar, Trinity College & Grafton Street are a 10 minute walk and O'Connell Street is only a 5 minute walk. The apartment is serviced by Airport direct buses (747, AirCoach) and city buses (16, 41) servicing the entire city. I would recommend airlink Bus 747 as it stops right 2 min walk away from the apartment and it only takes 20 minutes from airport to get to the city centre. Single ticket costs €6 and return €10. when you are in the city centre you can use Luas (light rail / Tram), Dart Station and Regional Train station (Connolly Station) to get around. All of these transport links are right on your doorstep.

Coming from the airport by Airlink 747 bus. The bus will drop you to Talbot Street (4th stop) and the apartment is 2 min walk from the bus stop. When you get off the bus simply cross the road and on your right you will see a street under the bridge to the left, walk up to that street and you will see a small park, next to the park entrance you will see the apartment compound entrance, once you enter the apartment compound entrance take the first right and the entrance is on your left.
