Quiet location despite being near a container port. A walk through lovely Ringsend Park takes you to the number 1 Bus straight into the centre of Dublin. Dublin is so busy it was a relief to get back to no;73 and pop into The Yacht...More

Quiet location within very easy reach of the ferry, with no hassle free parking and excellent amenities. Public transport is accessible, (you need to be able to walk a distance if without a car) and parking is possible near both bus stops and Dart stations....More

The cottage has an area of 900 square feet. There are two double bedrooms on the first floor. The ground floor has a combined living / dining area with open fire, original pitch pine floor and a beautiful Victorian glass fronted bookcase filled with Irish and international literature a discreet Bose sound system and a TV. The entrance hall and bathroom have mosaic tiled floors. There is a new kitchen in the property.
