The apartment has three levels. The first level consists of the entrance hall, shower room, one double room and the well-equipped kitchen. Up one level is the large, bright, comfortable living room with huge windows and fireplace. On the next level is the main double room and bathroom. The bedrooms are situated away from the street and are very quiet.The apartment is suitable for babies who cannot yet walk and children who are past the age of reason. The staircase deems it unsafe for toddling children although the recent addition of safety glass panels has improved matters.
