Interaction with guests
We live next door in our own detached property. This means we can welcome guests personally and show them round the cottage on arrival. Guests are then able to ask questions and receive an initial and valuable introduction to us and the property. We then leave our guests to enjoy their stay with the knowledge that we will not disturb them but are available should the need arise. From past guests comments it appears that this arrangement works perfectly. We are able to offer, no charge, a cot, high chair and light weight buggy for guests use.

About the neighbourhood
Stonefall Coach house is situated approx. 2 miles from the centre of Harrogate. This makes it very convenient for travel to the surrounding areas. Harrogate itself is just a short drive or bus ride away, many of our guests opt to walk, past the historic stray, into the town.
For convenience there is a Sainsburys supermarket across the road. There are a couple of pubs, a short walk away, and a lovely farm shop and cafe, for those not wishing to cook!
Very nearby is a park with a childrens playground. Although we are situated on a main road we are a stones throw from acres of open spaces and country walks. We are always happy to help guests find their way around.
The Great Yorkshire Showground and events centre is opposite.
Getting around
There is a bus service which runs past the property. A few yards down the road and hop onto the bus to Wetherby or Leeds. Across the road the bus takes you into Harrogate. These run every 20 minutes.
Two train stations are approx 25 minutes walk away, free parking nearby also, these are great for travelling to Leeds or York. There is also a train station in the centre of Harrogate.
Car advised
How to get there
Airport: Leeds Bradford: 21.0 km
Railway: Harrogate: 4.0 km
The property is about half an hours drive from Leeds Bradford Airport.
There are 3 train stations within reach, with trains to and from Harrogate, Leeds and York.
We are on the main road linking Harrogate and Wetherby. A good point of interest being that The Great Yorkshire Showground is directly across the road.
