Interaction with guests
There is a key safe at the cottage so that guests can arrive at a time which suits them. These times are (arriving) from 4pm and (departing by) 10am. These times can sometimes be negotiated however this depends on other bookings at this cottage and our other cottages. We do not usually meet guests during their stay but we are always happy to call in on guests if they ask us to do so. There may be times where this is not possible however we love meeting guests and so please feel free to ask us at any point during your stay. Honeypot Cottages are located in Chipping Campden and so we're never more than a few minutes away!

About the neighbourhood
Chipping Campden is a Medieval Cotswold market town with many independent retailers, restaurants and pubs. A library, post office, deli and wine merchant (Tokes), florists, a fabulous milliner (Louise Pocock) and many more wonderful shops. Lots of places to eat from small, independent cafes to award winning pubs and restaurants. There's a take away Chinese (also do fish and chips) and an amazing Indian restaurant situated at the back of The Volunteer Inn where the team come in from Birmingham every day with fresh produce to turn into authentic dishes to suit all tastes. Tuesday evenings offer a bargain £9.99 per head (limited menu) where you can have a starter, a main and a rice or naan. Cheapest beer in town by over £1.00 per pint in many
Getting around
A car is not essential but it helps to get around the various towns and villages. There are buses but they're probably not as frequent as you're used to. We can put you in touch with an amazing tour company or we can recommend a good hire car company. They can even pick you up from the station, take you to their office to fill out paperwork and away you drive. When it comes to leaving, you simply drive to their office and they will take you back to the station! There is a small charge for picking up and dropping off but this is a lot simpler than trying to get to the nearest car hire depot.
