A unique architect designed & newly built boutique self-catering mews cottage located on a private road in the Conservation Area of the fashionable & vibrant Manchester suburb of West Didsbury. The cottage is close to some of Manchester's top restaurants, an eclectic mix of bars, wonderful independent shops & is also convenient for the motorway network, airport & just a short drive or tram trip into the city centre.

The cottage has a large open plan living space with vaulted ceiling & fully fitted kitchen with all neff appliances, two bedrooms - one has a king size double bed & the other two single beds, it also has a bathroom, wc & two designated off road parking spaces.

Additional Rate and Availability Information
The standard weekday tariff is based on a rate of £150 per night inclusive with a minimum stay of two nights, £175 per night at weekends. A seven night stay is priced at £950.00. Bookings in excess of seven nights are inclusive of a weekly clean and linen change. We welcome children of all ages but unfortunately not dogs. We have equipped the property to a high standard so we do also require a refundable breakage deposit of £500.00 but this will be repaid in full through Holiday Lettings / Trip Advisor within 10 working days of departure assuming no damages or breakages have occurred during the stay. The house is non-smoking and since it is located down a private road we ask you to respect the neighbours.

About the neighbourhood
West Didsbury is a very vibrant and exciting area with a real sense of community, a destination in its own right. Some of Manchester's top restaurants are located in the area and we have a fantastically eclectic mix of bars and wonderful independent shops. The river Mersey and water parks are only a short walk away and you can go walk / run / cycle along the banks or even take a canoe trip which is a great way to see the wildlife!
Getting around
West Didsbury is very conveniently located being only 5 miles from the city centre and on the tram line. We are also close to the ring road and an extensive motorway network, which puts all of Manchester and the North West easily within your grasp. Day trips can easily be taken to The Lake District, North Wales, Peak District, Yorkshire Dales, Liverpool, Chester, Leeds, York and Blackpool are all less than two hours away by car. We are also just 10 minutes away from the airport.

The cottage is easily accessible by road being less than 3km from the M60 motorway ring road which gives direct access to the motorway network (the main connecting motorways accessed off the ringroad being the M56/M6/M61/M62). Access by train is also simple, since there is a tram stop close by with a network reaching out to all of Manchester and links into the rail network. You could also fly to Liverpool Airport which is only 55km away.
