We spent 6 nights in this very delightful cottage. The accommodation is a barn conversion and is on the estate of a small chateau. During our stay France was in the middle of a heatwave but the cottage stayed nice and cool even though there was no air conditioning. The kitchen had a large fridge which was great for storing...

Maison de Marc is a decorated country home with everything in it - you would like to move in and live there : fully equipped kitchen, living room with a fire place, 2 bed rooms, bath room with washer and dryer and a nice yard. Beautiful village. Flew directly to Bordeaux from London - British airways or Air France - hired and car with GPS - headed for Peregueux about an hour and half from Bordeaux. Was worried about getting in and around the airport but with the GPS it was easy and literally 2-3 round snouts and you were on a fantastic motorway/ highway...

Additional Rate and Availability Information
The weekly price is a set price for a stay from Saturday to Saturday. The Taxe de séjour is not included in the rental rates as it varies according to the number of people staying and the length of stay. It is 0,52 euros per person over 18 and per night and is to be paid upon arrival in euros cash.
We provide an exceptionally high-standard accommodation and service with no additional costs, except the Taxe de séjour. A 30% deposit is required in order to confirm provisional bookings and the booking will remain provisional until the deposit is received. Balance of the rental rate is due 8 weeks before the day of arrival. Cancellation charges:
More than 8 weeks prior to arrival: 30% of total rental rate;
4-8 weeks prior to arrival: 50% of total rental rate;
2-4 weeks prior to arrival: 75% of total rental rate;
Less than 2 weeks prior to arrival: 100% (no refund).
