Completely renovated, overlooking the park hall with fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a great room that includes the dining room and living room with sofa bed for two additional guests and a terrace with a BBQ option with a discrete view.

In the heart of downtown it will be easy to move, no need to use the car.

Parking lot near the house.

Visit the cellars of the House of Champagne Mercier (900m from the house) being in the cellars.

Cinema, restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarket and shopping area around the house between 10m to 500m away.

They left us waiting on the street in hot sun for almost 2 hours because they forgot about us. Then 57 steps later we entered the tiny garrett - no soap, no towels, teeny fridge, no icecubes, The expected us to furnish our own towels....More

This is a very cosy, very well apointed unit. Everything you need and more to make the stay comfortable is available. One of the best things is the location! You wont get a better position in Epernay as you are 150 metres away from everything,...More

We had four nights here. The location is great, no road noise, comfy beds and well equipped but squeezy kitchen. Terrace with view to the church and the occasional cat prowling the roof tops.
