The apartment is located on the first floor (no elevator). The main entrance is downstairs, where you find a hallway and a small guest bathroom. On the left, under the stairs, there is a tiny niche with the washing machine. Going upstairs, a corridor leads to the other rooms the property consists of. On the left there is the bedroom with a French size bed (140 cm), a wooden chest of drawers with TV, and an antique kneeling stool. Also on the left you find the bathroom with a shower, basin, bidet and wc. Then, the dining room with a comfortable armchair, two half-circle tables that can be combined together, a round table and 4 chairs. At the back of the room, on the right, there is a niche leading into the kitchen, which comes with stone countertops, a window offering plenty of natural ligh...The apartment is located on the first floor (no elevator). The window is fitted with external blinds and overlooks the inner courtyard of the building. Extra facilities: Water kettle Italian coffee machine Area The apartment is located in Saint-Germain district, between the 7ème arrondissement and the 6ème arrondissement, which together with the Latin Quarter are part of the famous Rive Gauche. The district developed along Boulevard St Germain e Boulevard St Michel, popular among the literary class and unmissable for the authentic shopaholics: Place St Sulpice, south to St Germain, is the ideal choice for a snack late in the evening, whilst rue St-André-des-Arts, rue de Seine, rue du Four, rue de Sèvres and rue du Bac itself are home to the largest array of shops and upscale boutiques you could ever dream of. Rue du Bac also hosts the elegant and famous Bon Marché, historically the first Parisian department store.
