The entrance to this charming 28sq.m studio apartment opens up onto a foyer, comfortably fitted with two built-in closets, perfect for storing coats and any personal belongings. From the foyer the guests walk into the main living area, characterized by a light coloured carpeting on the floor and white washed walls, and furnished with a double sofa bed (140cm wide), a marble-top chest of drawers on which stands the TV, two small Victorian armchairs, a side table with the telephone and Internet connection, and a side board which becomes a perfect table for working or dining on. To the left of the room is the small but separate kitchen, complete with two parallel work surfaces, one of which with electric hobs and a sink, whilst the oven is built-in in a hanging wall unit, to save space. The bathroom, fitted with a bathtub, washbasin and toilet, is facing the foyer. Extra facilities: - Electric kettle - Italian moka coffee maker Area The apartment is located in the very heart of the lovely Saint-Germain neighbourhood, in the 7ème arrondissement which, together with the 6ème arrondissement and the Latin Quarter, is what the famous Rive Gauche is all about. The main streets of this neighbourhood are boulevard St Germain, which runs parallel to the River Seine, and rue de Rennes, which goes from Place de St Germain des Prés to Tour Montparnasse. St Germain is known world wide for having been the chosen lieu of an entire literary class, and numerous neighbourhood places still today maintain the aura if yonder years: the super packed Café de Flore (facing the church of St Germain des Prés) is probably the most famous of these cafés. The narrow streets and alleys around Place St Germain des Prés are always vibrant and lively all day long, and at night time crowded with Jazz lovers attracted by all the local bars offering live music. For shopaholics the close by rue du Four is a must see, as is the elegant and famous Bon Marché, historically the first Parisian department store, divided into two buildings: one for high end clothes and accessories, the other for gourmet food from all over the world. Public transport Closest Metro: DUROC ( lines 10 and 13) or SEVRES LECOURBE (line 6) Parking Closest parking is R. et A. Cremer, within 534metres, at 115 rue Vaugirard Additional amenities: Full KitchenMore

A pleasant, sunny location, with a large balcony, in a joint ownership with refined but warm people, in a well served and really well connected area. The cheerful child voices from the nearby school will say you hallo every weekday. Have a nice stay.
