We will be very happy to answer if you still have uncertainties. *THE FLAT : Simply the best view in Collioure. In one of the most beautiful and famous town in France. The apartment is quite spacious (67 m²), with a large living room, and a main bedroom of correct size. The space of the secundary bedroom is indeed a bit smaller, as there are shelves where we store stuff (behind the blue curtains you can see in the pics). Therefore, even if the apartment with the two bedrooms is fully yours during the stay, due to the size of the second bedroom, the apartment is best suited for families (couple + children) than for several adult couples. It can host up to six guests. The house is just next to the beach, located on the seafront but also next to the mountains. Entrance is in a pretty and quiet dead end, on the side of the house. The outdoor table in this same dead end, visible in the picture, is freely accessible to the guest (perfect for breakfast or a glass of chilled Collioure wine during the summer). The area is also the most quiet in town (no bars, no cars), even though it is very close to the center. The apartment is very comfy and fully equipped (air conditioning, new furniture, fireplace etc.). Kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, glass ceramic hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, washing machine, espresso coffee machine, toaster, etc. Mind the absence of TV. But there is a stable and fast WIFI connection. And we lend a SIM card with 4G internet connection to foreign travelers, at no extra cost. * THE SERVICES: A bottle of water and organic milk, fresh organic fruits, are given at the check in, but without resupply during the stay. However, all other foods, and bathroom or cleaning product, will be provided with resupply if necessary. It includes olive oil, vinegar, aromatics herbs, spices and other condiments, all organics, to avoid unnecessary and expensive purchases during short stays. Tea, organic jam and cereal for the morning are also included. As are the espresso coffee capsules. Organic home made soap, shampoo, and shower gel. Ecological dish-washing - laundry product, and toilet paper provided. *INTERACTION WITH GUEST: I speak 6 languages and am a very sociable person. I know the area like the back of my hand. I will be very happy to give you advises about the best restaurants, ice cream shops, etc in town. Or the countless and must do activities in the surroundings ( hiking, canyons, isolatesl creeks, natural hot springs, numerous medieval towns etc ). I (or my Chinese wife) will be your host during your stay, and we will make sure you get the best service possible. More

The view and location motivated us to book with Sylvain in Collioure France at his BnB. How disappointed we were in his lack of hospitality and crude manners! This man should not host guests, as he is rude and uncaring. The apartment has cold floors,...More

About the neighbourhood
*THE NEIGHBORHOOD : Located in the Faubourg, the quietest part of Collioure, with direct access to the beach (10 meters). Very close to the center, where bars are located (5-10 min). And even though apartment is at a 5-10 minutes drive from one of the largest outdoor discotheque in Europe , (perfect for those who like to party), the fact we are at the other side of the bay prevents any noise from parties during the summer after midnight. Semi-pedestrian street on the seafront, it gives families with children a much safer and quieter environment than in other neighborhoods. Large restaurant offer literally two steps away from home (ranging from gourmet experience, to great cheaper restaurants). The ground floor restaurant is excellent, and with a very good value,...
How to get there
Many parking options nearby, some of which are free ( but in summer it's harder to find) . Possibility to stop the car in the street during 1/2 hour anytime of the year (easy check in/out, no problem to bring food home). Free parking tolerated ( not explicitly authorized ) directly on the street, but only during the low season (late November to late March). Regional bus stop (1 euro per ticket) at 3 min ( 300 m ) from the apartment. Buses provide an access to all the department. Train Station at 10-15 min walk ( 1 km ). I can organize a pick up at the station, or a drop off on the guests departure, if i am available at the time. I'll send en email with all the details needed for the check-in a few days before arrival.
