Beautifully presented large one bedroom apartment with seperate fully equipped kitchen, a spacious lounge with dining table and chairs ,leading onto a pleasant balcony where you can eat your meals, drink the local wine and watch the world go by. One of the major advantages is the private parking space near to the apt. entrance and the fact that it is only a 5 min. walk to the harbour with its many restaurants , shops and beaches The bedroom in the apt. is equipped with a double bed and large built in wardrobe with plenty of draw space in the dresser. and sofa bed in lounge area. There is a good sized shower room and toilet. A new combi boiler provides instant and unlimited hot water and heating if necessary. Linen and towels are provided and there are fans in the lounge and bedroo... About the neighbourhood
Collioure is a picturesque medieval fishing town on the Mediterranean coast in the foothills of the Pyrenees and is situated 15 miles south of Perpignan. It has four beaches, a diving school with regular boat and fishing trips. It also boasts many delightful restaurants with views over the harbour and ancient castle. There are many local facilities with shops and a twice weekly colourful market selling a varierty of local produce including wines of the region and its famous anchovies. The town is most well known for its artistic history and is home to many artists and galleries.
