'La Joie de Sud' is a recently renovated property in a quiet road in the hill top village of Fournès. It has a fresh, airy and modern interior. The house has been recently converted with 'La Joie de Sud' occupying the first and second levels with private access.

The location is ideal for Nimes, Avignon, Uzès and Orange - all within very easy reach and steeped in history and art events. You can be in the heart of the Luberon in just over one hour although the lavenders and sunflowers of Provence are on your doorstep here in Fournès.

Gill was wonderful - an excellent host. The apartment was exactly as advertised, clean and with modern appliances. Fournes is a small and quiet village, easy to get to just off the A9 and very well placed for traveling to nearby centers such as Remoulins, Nimes, Uzes, Avignon, Pont du Gard, etc. i Highly recommended.

Stayed for 10 days. Apartment delivered all it promised. Great having two balconies, nice having private outside space. Very well equipped, everything worked. Good bed, good storage, felt spacious and a fantastic position. Great location, half an hour or so from Nimes, Avignon, Uzes, slightly further to Arles. Remoulins 5 mins away, supermarkets and petrol and local shops, no stress...

A security deposit of 150 euros in cash (or equivalent in traveller's own currency) is payable on arrival and will be returned in full on the last morning subject to the satisfactory condition of the property and contents.
