Vous serez à coup sur séduit par notre charmant studio entièrement refait à neuf. Idéalement situé à 200m seulement de la gare de Rouen, dans une authentique Maison de Maitre Rouennaise. Que ce soit pour les loisirs ou vos voyages d’affaire sa situation est l'endroit idéal pour rayonner facilement sur l'Hypercentre ou l'agglomération. Nous avons essayé de penser à tout pour votre séjour.

Spent 5 nights at Cottage Rouennais as we were visiting family. Great location just 200m from station. Owner very helpful and friendly. Good accommodation for city break where you just use it to sleep. The studio is actually in basement with minimal day light so would not do to spend long time....but as a pad for city break, it was good. Well appointed with all you need. Would use again.

clean, good location, good security
Near station, room includes kitchenette with quiet, kettle, toaster, cutlery, microwave, very good for a short stay.
