Great Location for Beach and a Stroll into Town

Comfortable apartment in super location

Comfortable, spacious, well-equipped apartment. Friendly owners who shared their knowledge of local events. Close to beach and within easy reach of all amenities. Good base for sightseeing.

Lovely quiet little flat right by the beach

Nice little place within walking distance of the old town, twenty metres from sandy beach. Very pleasant owners who went out of their way to be welcoming and helpful.

The apartment is a large studio with a 'night corner' (alcove for the bed). The studio is 30sq mtrs in size overall and has a separate kitchen and bathroom. The sofa bed has two memory foam mattresses in addition to the normal support. According to our repeat guests, it is very comfortable. Please note that 2 bath towels and bed linen for one bed are provided within the price. Linen for the use of the second sofabed will incur an extra charge. Beach Towels are NOT provided. SPECIAL NOTE We endeavour to present this property in the highest possible standard. The furniture is clean and white. To avoid excessive cleaning requirements and to maintain the high standard, we regret that we will not accept children, pets or smoking on any part of the property.

About the neighbourhood
Antibes Juan les Pins is situated between Cannes (about 11 Km) and Nice (about 15 Km). It has easy connections all along the coast – Cannes, Nice by bus or train, Monte Carlo, Italy by rail. Antibes is a pretty old town, part walled with a museum dedicated to Picasso. It has a large port where there are boats of all sizes ranging from yachts of 15 feet up to 'mega yachts' of 400 feet. Antibes Juan les Pins has many fine sandy beaches, so bring your beach towel. There are also many restaurants, bars and evening entertainments Key festivals are: Nice Carnival - usually late February Cannes Film Festival - mid May Monaco Grand Prix - late May Voiles d'Antibes late May/early June - Many classic sailing boats Jazz at Juan - mid July - many international stars perform Firework festivals in Cannes and Monaco between July and August
