My sister and I own this house which was inherited from our father. It's ideally situated in the centre of the old town, just behind the 'remparts' - old sea wall. It is a quaint property which retains the charm of an older buidling whilst having all the mod cons you would expect such as TV/DVD, wifi, dishwasher, washing maching etc. The roof terrace is a great place to chill out, the kitchen is very well equipped and you'll sleep well in good sized comfortable beds!

Great house, lovely roof terrace to have breakfast and drinks on in the morning and evening sun. We enjoyed lots of sunny days on the town beach and swam daily.We also did the fabulous coast path walk around the Cap d'Antibes and ended up at Villa Eilen Roc which is very rarely open but luckily it was. A real treat...

This is a fabulous property - central, well-equipped, comfortable and very, very lovely. The terrace is a gorgeous place to sit and drink rose, tucked away amongst the terracotta tiles of the rooftops, watching the boats go by. - We request £400 security deposit which is returned via electronic transfer upon departure once cleaners have checked and cleaned the property and inventory has been completed and all keys handed back in. Cleaning fee is payable directly to the cleaners: Euro130/150 to be given to check-in representative depending on length of stay. 50% deposit to secure booking + security and then full payment due 8 weeks before departure. Security deposit refunded minus any damage/loss or breakages/additional cleaning.

This is a great town to explore - you can do everything on foot and no need to really rent a car unless you'd like to go futher afield.
Nearby beaches: Plage de la Gravette and Plage de Salis are both 5-10 min. walk. La Garoupe and Keller Beaches are 20 min. walk or can be accessed by bus.
Sailing, yachting, water-skiing, wake-boarding, canoeing and wind surfing are all available locally. There are many golf courses in the area and there are tennis courts in the town. Skiing is available at Isola 2000 or Auron, both are about 1 hours drive away. The Cannes Film Festival and the Monaco Grand Prix are both in May. The Juan les Pins Jazz Festival is in July.

Getting around is easy-no need for a car! Local buses are great too, but there's a lot to do on foot.
