It was a pleasure to stay in Biot, one of my very favourite villages in France. I knew where I wanted to stay so searched for exactly what I wanted and came across this house. The house is very good value and linen can be provided for an additional small cost.
The streets are very narrow and you will be unable to drive a car around most of them, but you can pull up near the house to unload (on one of the narrow cobbled roads).
Biot is small with steep, narrow, cobbled slopes. The house is four floors with a view of the sea. There are two showers/toilets and 1 bath. Lots of space for guests and I think you could comfortably sleep 6.
The kitchen is basic but totally functional and there is a top loading washing machine also.
I wouldn't hesitate to go again. If you want heaps of luxury it's not the place to stay but if you want realism and to experience Cote D'azur without a pretentious façade then this is the place to stay.
