The Panoramer is located in the heart of Cannes facing the sea and the best sandy beaches . We have a private garage closed for one car in the building and threw a private corridor you can reach directly the beach . The building has seven floors we are at the last one only two apartments are in the last floor each flat with his private elevator. We are located as a boat facing the sea at 180 degrees And you can see the fireworks of Cannes in summer . You can walk around for maximum ten minutes and you are in the best shopping area , restaurants etc . We are exactly at seven minutes walk from the Palais des Festival of Cannes where lot of fairs are organized winter and summer .... The veranda is of nearly 40 square meters and always fresh in summer with two long chairs and a table for six...The Panoramer is located in the heart of Cannes facing the sea and the best sandy beaches . The apartment has a very big leaving room with a side area with a big professional convertible sofa bed size 160 cm x 200 cm with a ( memory form ) mattress (double occupancy ) . The main bedroom has 2 mattress with ( memory form ) so in total four persons could stay in a very comfortable way ... A brand new kitchen with oven , microwave , coffee Espresso , American coffe machine , induction cooking , dish washer , washing machine and deepfreezer and fridge with all utilities. One bathroom with large shower plus one separated toilet (w.c.) . The kitchen and the bedroom are connected to a very big balcony from it you can see the ( old city of Cannes and the nice red roofs ) and part of the sea too plus the castle of the Suquet of Cannes. Majority of the time guests are in the big veranda and the main leaving room in the veranda. The interior was totally renovated in 2014 We have the highspeed wifi 7 mega. About the neighbourhood
We are located in the 3 best spots of Cannes we are not in the Croisette ( quite noisy ) but even as we are at the seventh floor you have not that much traffic The restaurant (la Fregate) in the same building facing the sea and lot of restaurants are all around us the Radisson Hotel at hundred meters from our building with his known roof ... If you do not have a car you will not feel it at all as you have all around shopping , restaurants , big hotels 5 stars and the Carlton is at 15 minutes walk On the right side by car maximum ten minutes you will have the Golf of Mandelieu and the Oasis two stars restaurant ( Michelin )
