Ater breakfast, the wonderful provençal market is a short walk away, throught the picturesque Rue Meynadier. Buy fresh, local produce at reasonable prices, and lunch on your patio with its own lemon tree and bougainvillea.
Try it once, and you'll want to come back again and again.

Please note, the flat is not suitable for handicapped people, as there is a flight of steps down from the street.
If you want to explore trhe coast, eastwards you have Antibes, then Nice, then Italy, all easily and quickly accessed by train or bus.
All worth seeing, all different.
You can go inland too, to the historic town of Grasse, home of the perfume industry, with a superb old quarter well worth a visit.
If you feel like going further afield, the Southern Alps will welcome you, and leave you breathless with their beauty, at all seasons.
I'll be happy to help you organise your excursions, not forgetting the vineyards of the Var.
And, if you don't want to go very far, take a boat over to the Iles de Lerins. The trip takes about ten minutes, and I promise you won't regret it.

It really depends where you are coming from.
If you land at Nice Airport, there is an express bus that drops you about 200 metres from my door. A bit expensive, but so practical.
Don't take a taxi from the airport - they are overpriced!
