The apartment is ideally situated for attending business meetings or enjoying a holiday in Cannes. Shops and retsaurants and both private and public beaches are ony a short walk from the flat.
The property is situated on the 3rd floor of a beautifully kept and secure residence. Fully renovated to a very high standard in 2018.The terrace overlooks lovely gardens and has a stunning sea view.
Bedroom 1 has a large double bed. This bedroom has an en suite shower room with loo.
