Our apartment is located close to all main facilities, the old town, the Acropolis conference center and the beach. Within 10 minutes walk, our guests will have access to various shops and supermarkets. Located on the second floor of an Art Deco building, our apartment is quiet and spacious (55 m2 at your disposal). It has 1 bedroom, 1living room/kitchen with AC, 1 shower. Nice, very clean place, great host

It's very nice place.where you can find everything you need.Good choice of staff in the kitchen.Nice and simple decoration is combine of contemporary and past time things.In the bedrooms good comfortable beds.Very quick Wi-Fi without any limits.Location is great -just a minutes from famous place...More

About the neighbourhood
I live close to place Garibaldi, one of the iconic places of Nice. The old town is approximately 10 minutes walk from my apartment. The neighborhood is quiet and offers all necessary facilities within very little walking distance. It's a lively and popular area, close to the port and the beach. If you book my apartment, I'll send you a link to a map with detailed infos about my neighborhood and Nice.
Getting around
I stongly advise to use public transport in and around Nice. Trains and buses are running well for a very affordable price. Driving in Nice and along the coast can be a nightmare: there are lots of roadworks due to the contruction of the new tramline.
