The apartment is on the 4th floor of a well-maintained building, which has a lift. The lift is small and can only fit two people, or one person with luggage. It is unlikely that you will be able to fit an unfolded pushchair in the lift. If walking, there are 80 steps of average steepness up to the apartment floor.
The dual aspect living area is light and sunny. It benefits from not only one, but two balconies, one of which has a view of the sparkling Mediterranean that will tempt you down to the beach in no time at all. This room is also equipped with air-conditioning.
The two seater sofa offers plenty of room to curl up and watch a bit of TV or a DVD, and there is also a dining table with space for four. For an evening aperitif or a meal outdoors, the table and two chairs on one of the balconies provides the perfect spot.

Stroll for a minute or two and you will find yourself in the heart of the Old Town for more restaurants, bars and all the ambiance the Old Town is famous for.
