2 double/twin bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge. Very central and convenient location. Wonderful all-year round. Highly recommended. Lift , balcony, WiFi. Well first the location is very good as described. Its an old world charm kind of apartment, but needs to be maintained. Mattresses on all beds had perhaps crossed its life several years ago making it very very uncomfortable to sleep. Same thing with living...More

Central Nice . This is a real “town” apartment, very centrally and conveniently situated yet it is just 200 metres from the famous Promenade des Anglais, the beaches and the Mediterranean, and just 400 metres from the renowned Negresco Hotel and the Musée d'Art et Histoire in one direction and the Musée des Beaux Arts at the same distance in the other direction. Nearby you have the biggest covered market in the centre of Nice selling top quality fresh produce and a wide range of local specialities, and all the restaurants, cafes and bars you could possibly want and also a large Lidl supermarket. Vieux Nice - Nice Old Town is a short walk away.
A wonderful all-year around apartment . Highly recommended.

This apartment is in central Nice. 10 different bus routes pass nearby. You are only 200 metres from the Promenade des Anglais, the beaches and the Mediterranean. Place Massena, Parc du paillon and Vieux Nice, and the Port of Nice - the marina are all just a short walk.
