Overlooking the Golfe of St Tropez and the harbour of Ste Maxime, the villa Zen is located in the heart of the private and peaceful Domaine du Grand Souleyas. The Villa Zen, rated 5* by the French Office of Tourism, is close to the town centre and benefits of an amazing panoramic view on the sea and the Harbour of Sainte-Maxime and its hills. It is surrounded by two wonderful gazebos and a private swimming pool and a very beautiful Spa (Hot Tube or Jacuzzi). The pool can be heated if you want, as option.
The villa, like a nest in its landscaped garden with mature trees and flowering shrubs on a 2500m2 land, is composed of 2 levels and air conditioning is available in every rooms.
It is composed of four on suite bedrooms and can welcome 8 adults.

Wonderful time at Villa Zen
We stayed two weeks at the villa and it was just stunning.
So private and safe, the houskeepers took good care of us and we could text anytime if we needed anything.
Thierry answered all the questions and was also always avilable.
The house has a wonderful vibe, very spacious and the kitchen is perfectly equiped.
The views are beautiful and the sunsets magical.
We will defenitely be back.

We loved our Stay at Villa Sen
We had an incredible week stay with our family at this beautiful villa. Initially we booked this villa for its proximity to Saint Tropez. The cost is a fraction of anything you will pay in Saint Tropez. However, we quickly learned the the town of Sainte-Maxime has just as much to offer as its famous neighbor.
We loved the beautiful views, the sprawling back yard and the comfortable home. It is so well equipped with anything you need. From the well stocked kitchen, to the pool toys the Villa did not disappoint. Highlights we’re exploring the town, just a 5 minute drive, dinner at Boho, spending the day at the La Plage St. Maxime and dinners at the Villa with wine and Sunset. We got lucky enough to catch an incredible fire work show after a concert on a beautiful summer night. Our kids loved Aqua Land even though the lines to get in and order lunch were a nightmare. That’s a whole bother story :)
We will definitely be back the next time we visit South of France. I highly recommend this beautiful home.

Lovely villa, wonderful view
Two of us and our dog stayed at Villa Zen for a month in Jan/Feb 2019, with 2 friends joining us for part of the stay.
The villa and grounds are lovely and the panoramic views are wonderful. The villa is located on a gated, private domaine which is only a short distance from the beach. We saw one or two people walking up from the beach, but it is a steep climb and part of the way there is no pavement – the road wasn’t busy but this could be different in season. However, it took less than 5 minutes to drive down and park either in the 85 place free car park or on the seafront itself (again free). Dogs aren’t allowed on the beach nearest the villa. The villa garden is large and our dog found plenty to explore (although he was puzzled by the artificial grass to start with). We walked him every day in the forest which is about a 10 minute walk away from the villa.
Villa Zen is well-named - there is a wonderful feeling of space and peace , with uninterrupted views of the bay. There are plenty of areas to sit out in the garden and, if there was a large group of you, I think people would be able to ‘get away’ from each other outside. Although there are other villas close by, you are not overlooked. It was also very quiet most of the time – there were a few days when there was tree trimming going on around the domaine and there was some building work on a couple of plots on the domaine but there was no intrusive noise. Sounds travelled up from Sainte Maxime town centre – again not intrusive and it was lovely to hear the church bells.
The photos give a true idea of the villa, the surroundings and the views. We regularly rent villas and apartments and this is one of the best equipped and maintained we have come across. (The villa does not have 5 bathrooms - the upstairs bedroom has an ensuite toilet and an ensuite large bathroom with a bath and separate shower cubicle. Downstairs there is a shower room and a separate toilet plus 1 of the bedroom has an ensuite with bath and toilet)
Communication with the owner was very good and our damage deposit was returned very quickly. The local manager) was responsive and helpful.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Zen and were sad to leave – we could happily have stayed for another month! We hope to return - but for longer next time.

The perfect Côte d'Azur villa
Fantastic villa with everything you need for a perfect holiday. We were a family of 7 and it more than exceeded our expectations. The Villa has everything you could want such as just about every piece of cutlery , plate or cooking utensil you could imagine! Pool was fantastic , I would recommend having heated, nothing better than a late night swim. View is incredible across to st tropez and one evening the moon reflection over the bay was a once in lifetime experience. Thierry could not have been more helpful with nothing being too much trouble to make sure our stay was perfect. Couldn't recommend more.

Absolutely perfect
Villa is located in a private domain up a hill which means a fantastic view over the bay. 20 min walk to the beach. Everything you could want is in the villa - we were still finding new things at the end of 3 weeks. Outside is amazing with lots of places to hide away or catch the rays which ever you want. BBQ area is well laid out and the chef can even join in the game of boules.
Couldn't recommend it highly enough for a family stay or indeed perfect for 2 families.

Traumhafte Villa in herrlicher Lage
Die Villa hat eine traumhafte Lage mit einem herrliche Blick auf Sainte Maxime und den Golf von Saint Tropez. Alle Schlafräume und der Wohnraum sind klimatisiert. Die Ausstattung der Küche kann man als perfekt bezeichnen. Im sehr großen Garten gibt es viele Sitzgelegenheiten, ob schattig oder sonnig gelegen. Der Pool ist groß und wird vorbildlich gepflegt. Zum Stadtzentrum sind es etwa 5-10 Minuten mit dem Auto.
Wir haben den Urlaub in der Villa Zen sehr genossen und können sie uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Lovely property, great condition, very peaceful
Villa Zen is well maintained and lovely. We enjoyed our week there. Owner good to deal with.
