THE SITUATION // The building // This apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a large prestigious building dating from the 1970s, with wide corridors and marble floor. // The neighborhood // In front of the port of Saint-Louis de Toulon, in the heart of Le Mourillon, the area is very pleasant and very practical. Very lively on summer evenings. The beaches of Le Mourillon are just next door (2 min by foot). The situation is exceptional. // Conveniences // Many amenities nearby: supermarket, press, tobacco, shops, banks, bakeries, bars, restaurants, ice-cream parlours, snack bars, hairdressers, butchers, Provencal market in Cours Lafayette (every morning except Sunday), clothing shop, shopping centre, disco, port... There is a lot to choose from and everything is within walking distance. You can go to Corsica and Porquerolles by taking the boat directly! Night markets and entertainment (circus, events etc.) on the beaches of Le Mourillon during the summer. // The activities // Very close: many pleasant walking trails on the coast and in the pine forest, boat rental, diving club, sailing club, petanque ground, cable car... PARKING AND TRANSPORT In addition to the private underground parking, free public parking spaces are available in the surrounding streets. Several bus lines serve the Fort Saint-Louis stop located 50 metres away, including line 3 from the station, also line 23. Also, from the port of Toulon, the boat lines that take you to Les Sablettes, La Seyne-sur-mer and Porquerolles. The ferry will take you to Corsica. ACCESIBILITY The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a 4-storey building. Accessible by stairs or by elevator. The residence has been designed to allow wheelchair access. However, the housing is not up to disabled standards. BEDDING AND HOUSEHOLD LINEN Household linen is provided, you have no sheets or towels to take away. However, beach towels are required. At Dodo et Tartine, we are particularly fussy about the quality of bedding. The mattresses are of superior quality, thick and comfortable. All mattresses are covered with protection in addition to their fitted sheets. MULTIMEDIA EQUIPMENT // Television // Sony Bravia TV provides a beautiful picture with its 49-inch High Definition technology. All DTT channels are accessible. This TV is also connected to the Internet and in particular Netflix. //Internet/// Free Wifi connection KITCHEN EQUIPMENT The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary equipment to prepare your dishes; cooking plates, oven, pots, pans, pans, stews, steam cooker, microwave, oven, steam oven, refrigerator (with freezer), juicer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, as well as many accessories and cutlery etc....
