The property is a beautiful chalet set amongst approximately 1300sqm of gardens in the centre of Chamonix. Apartment, Sapin 3, is on the 2nd floor and provides a very spacious 75m2 of living space that can accommodate groups of up to 6 people. From the front gates, a tree lined drive takes you to the chalet and private covered parking for all of our guests. With only about 250m to walk to get to the pedestrian centre of Chamonix, the property is one of few with this amount of surrounding space, so close to the centre of town. In summer, the gardens provide ample room for sunbathing and BBQ, all with the view of Mont Blanc and the Aiguille du Midi in the back ground. Children can play safely in the confines of the garden. In winter, the main ski bus stop is two minutes walk away..

We recently stayed in Chamonix for a week - we were 4 adults (including 2 elderly grandparents) and 2 kids under 5 years. Pros - sensational location near the town, but also with a walled garden - good facilities including washing machine and dish washer - spotlessly clean Cons - the layout is quirky with sloping roof and storage dotted...

Hello. Thank you for your review. I'm very sorry about the bed. We actually found the wooden post that belongs in the middle of the bed (underneath) in the wardrobe hence your discomfort. I had ordered a new bed and mattress to replace it anyway so there should not be any more problems.All the best Odile

Within easy reach of town centre and main routes. Comfortable, well equipped and although close to town still gives a secluded and private feel.

To confirm the reservation we ask 25% of the total amount. The rest is payable 6 weeks before arrival. The price is inclusive of bedding and towels, Wifi connection, parking and end of stay cleaning.

Last minute reductions may be available. Long weekends possible.

Acceptable forms of payment are; by bank transfer, Euro cheque or by Visa, MasterCard or Maestro. All payments by bank transfer will include all bank charges so that the correct amount is received. If paying by credit card there the following extra charge will be taken: 3% for cards from countries outside the euro zone and 1% for cards from euro zone countries.

Regardless of payment method, credit card details of the renter will be taken prior to commencement of the holiday to cover possible apartment/chalet damage.

As you come into Chamonix you will pass through 2 tunnels and then onto a roundabout. Right takes you to the Mont Blanc tunnel, straight on towards Chamonix. At the next roundabout, turn left, signposted Aguille du Midi and the hospital. Very shortly there will be another roundabout where you turn right again, taking you past the Aguille du Midi Cable car station. Continue straight for a further 50m and you will see our front gates (wood with pine tree shapes) on the left.
