The property is a beautiful chalet set amongst gardens in the centre of Chamonix. Apartment, Sapin 2, is on the 1st floor and provides a very spacious living space that can accommodate groups of up to 4 people.

From the front gates, a tree lined drive takes you to the chalet and private covered parking for all of our guests. With only a short walk to get to the pedestrian centre of Chamonix, the property is one of few with this amount of surrounding space, so close to the centre of town. In summer, the gardens provide ample room for sunbathing and BBQ, all with the view of Mont Blanc and the Aiguille du Midi in the back ground. Children can play safely in the confines of the garden. In winter, the main ski bus stop is two minutes walk away.

Great location near Aiguille du Midi office and near town centre. Very warm and cosy, all necessary facilities. Not entirely child friendly staying on second floor as steps made buggy difficult. Not a major issue except when coming in and out with buggy on your...More

Lovely host. Spacious out-doors. Very close to the Aguille du Midi. Secure car parking. Can recommend as a great place to stay.

To confirm the reservation we ask 25% of the total amount. The rest is payable 6 weeks before arrival.
The price is inclusive of bedding and towels, as well as the local tax (taxe de sejour) and end of stay cleaning.
A second consecutive week receives 10% off the second week. Last minute reductions may be available. Long weekends possible.

Acceptable forms of payment are; by bank transfer, Euro cheque or by Visa, MasterCard or Maestro. All payments by bank transfer will include all bank charges so that the correct amount is received. If paying by credit card there the following extra charge will be taken: 3% for cards from countries outside the euro zone and 1% for cards from euro zone countries.

Regardless of payment method, credit card details of the renter will be taken prior to commencement of the holiday to cover possible apartment/chalet damage.

Railway: Chamonix: 0.2 km
As you come into Chamonix you will pass through 2 tunnels and then onto a roundabout. Right takes you to the Mont Blanc tunnel, straight on towards Chamonix. At the next roundabout, turn left, signposted Aguille du Midi and the hospital. Very shortly there will be another roundabout where you turn right again, taking you past the Aguille du Midi Cable car station. Continue straight for a further 50m and you will see our front gates (wood with pine tree shapes) on the left.
