This bright airy apartment is superbly located, with central Chamonix less than a 5 minute stroll away, yet is amazingly quiet and tranquil. The accommodation comprises an open plan living area with king size sofabed, 2 king bedrooms, a full size bunkbed room and two bathrooms. The kitchen includes a dishwasher and there's a washing machine/dryer for guests use.

The dining area has a solid oak table comfortably seating 8 and in the living area there is a 42” Smart LED TV, quality stereo and attractive wood burning stove. The living area leads out on to the South facing balcony and spectacular views down the valley. There's external parking for 2 cars and the nearest bus and train stops are a 2 minute walk away.

We had a great stay this time in Chamonix. The apartment was very homely and generally well equipped. The owner, Tim, was there to welcome us and ensured that we had everything that we needed for our stay. The apartment is in a great location and therefore we had easy access to everything we needed, thus the car never left the drive after our arrival. It was spacious with ample space for our group of 3 adults and 2 children, with the capacity to comfortable squeeze in a few more if needed.

While the apartment is not the most modern and up to date we have stayed in, its was still very pleasant. I believe that with modernisation of the bathroom, kitchen and a little electrical TLC this could be a star property. As thing currently stand, its a little pricey compared to the competition.

Notwithstanding this, I would recommend this apartment to a friend or family member with confidence.
