Very nice 3-room apartment 46 m², ideal 4 people but can host 6 people. The apartment Le Morgane from « Les locations de Valendrine » is beautiful!, modern, tastefully decorated, well equipped, having one large window and a large balcony with a splendid view of Chamonix and on Mont-Blanc mountains. This apartment « Les locations de Valendrine » Le Morgane is ideally located 2 minutes by foot from the pedestrian roads. It includes: - 2 bedrooms: 1 bedroom (double bed 150x200 cm + 1 wardrobe, 1 cabin (window) with 2 single bunk beds 80 x 190 cm + 1 wardrobe - 1 new bathroom with 1 large Italian shower, 1 washing machine (no dryer) - 1 separate WC + lavatory - 1 comfortable sofa-bed in the living room: double bed 140 x 190 cm. Just came back from a terrific stay. Apartment was perfect- great views and location. Just a 5 minute walk to the bus stop, which took us to the slopes. Quick walk into town and close to some super restaurants. Although close to town, it was...More

About the neighbourhood
Chamonix is also home to the Vallee Blanche, probably the most famous off-piste run down over the glaciers that descend from the Mont Blanc. The streets of the old town are a mix of old world elegance with French charm and the cobbled pedestrian centre, with a river that runs through it, is compact and easily accessible. The town is busy and has lively nightlife with shops selling everything from ski gear to high end jewellery and watches. It is home to an excellent array of restaurants, bars and late night bars/clubs to guarantee the excitement is not just confined to the slopes. For those looking for a more relaxing apres scene there is a cinema, a bowling alley, an ice rink and a large sports centre with an indoor pool.
Getting around
Directly in Center town, 5 minutes walk from every restaurants, bars, shops and supermarket, 300 meters from Aiguille du Midi cable car. Balcony facing to Mont-Blanc, 300 meters from free ski shuttles for all ski resorts of the Chamonix Valley.
