We rent a studio fully equipped and air conditioned mezzanine. The apartment is on the first floor of our house but is completely independent with a private entrance. We are registered in an environmentally responsible approach. We renovated this studio focusing on recycled materials and sustainable. The central heating is wood (pellets) and we use local suppliers, organic and fair trade (eg 100% renewable electricity). The Light Studio (28 m2) consists of: - Bedroom loft with a desk, a bed for 2 people (160 x 200 cm) very comfortable, linen provided, flat-screen TV (DTT channels). - Fully equipped kitchen: microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, convection oven, induction and cooker hood, raclette, crockery and cooking utensils, dishwashing liquid, pellets dishwasher, sponge, dish towels, ...We rent a studio fully equipped and air conditioned mezzanine. The prices include: - Bed made on arrival - bed linen (fitted sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases) - Towels (bath sheet, bath towel, bath mats, washcloths ) - kitchen linens (dish towel, hand towel and apron). - The linen is provided and changed once a week. - dishwashing liquid, sponge, shower gel, shampoo - cleaning once a week and end of stay. - Water, electricity (limited to 10 kwatt / day). - WIFI The price does not include: - Local tax tax: 1.10 € per day per person. - Electricity (above 10 kwatt / day): 0.20 € / kwatt. - Household kitchen and dishes: extra 30 € - Cancellation insurance, repatriation and excess liability: 3.50% of the rental amount (non refundable in case of cancellation).
