Also on this floor, you find the first bed room (barrier-free) with double bed and own bathroom (Inc. shower and toilet). The first floor has another 145 square meters and 4 more bed rooms which offer space for 6 persons. There are two double rooms and two single rooms. What's special about the bed rooms in the house? Each room has an own bath room with shower and toilet! That's how we provide you a maximum privacy during your stay! Please notice another special feature: each bed room has it's own balcony! The 2nd floor has another 60 square meters and another 2 double rooms. One with shower and toilet, another with tube and toilet. Both rooms do also have their own balcony! On the 2nd floor you also find the play room for the smaller guests. If you book for 6 until 8 persons, we close this area! Only available for a booking of 9 until 12 persons! There is another special feature, waiting for you in the basement! Your personal oasis of calm. Take yourself a break from the stressful daily routine and relax at the 'Physiotherm infrared cabin' or in the rehabilitation area! Additional there is another bath room with shower and toilet! The house has a fenced garden with a lockable garden house (for sport equipment) and a huge parking lot with 5 car spaces! We offer you a free WiFi access, but we do also like to entrust you to put the technical devices away for your stay and enjoy the beautiful mountain air instead! The house is available for a stay with minimum 6 Persons up to maximum 12 Persons and 2 Babys (0-2 years). The final cleaning, the towels and bed linen, heating, water and energy is included in the price! If you like to bring your dog, no problem! We charge 15 Euro per night per animal. In the low season, the price for a stay with 12 Persons is 37,50 Euro per night/ per Person In the main season, the price for a stay with 12 Persons is 48,30 Euro per night / per person For a baby between 0-2 years, we charge 10 Euro per night!
