This property is a south facing 3 bedroom town-house are on three levels. <BR><BR>GROUND FLOOR: Has a double bedroom with an ensuite marble bathroom. The sliding doors open out onto a small garden terrace area.<BR><BR>MIDDLE FLOOR: There is a separate, self-contained fully fitted kitchen area, with a small outside terrace. The kitchen leads through to the spacious open plan lounge / dining room. The sliding doors lead out onto a balcony terrace that overlooks the pool area & offers terrace dining for 4 - 6 people. Access to a guest shower room / WC can be found at the entrance hallway.<BR><BR>FIRST FLOOR: There are 2 twin bedrooms (one with its own private terrace), both have access to a marble bathroom on the landing.
