This lovely townhouse is very well located in an attractive village style complex with free secure parking. The house is located on the side of one of the complex pools - perfect for families with children. The house is comprised of spacious lounge/diner - opening onto the terrace and communal gardens.

Ground Floor:

Fully equipped kitchen, large open floor living room with air conditioning, dining table, electric heater, guest WC. Property a TV, DVD and a flat screen TV. WiFi is available upon request (additional charge).

Private rear patio overlooking communal gardens and pool.

Second Level:

The complex is 1 hour's drive from Malaga airport - approx 65 km, 45 minutes drive from Gibraltar - airport 50 km.

Estepona has several excellent golf courses. Estepona Golf, El Paraiso and Los Flamingos Golf, all of which are within a 15 minute drive of Bel Air.

Within a couple of minutes easy walking from the complex is a very large supermarket, some bars and restaurants.

A steady 10 minute walk takes you to the beautiful beach area of Bel Air - where you can laze away your days on the beach, or sample some of the excellent local cuisine in lovely beach chiringuitos.
