The 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment has a living room with a sofabed, dining area and flat-screen TV. A washing machine, oven and microwave are included in the kitchen. The bathroom comes with a hydromassage shower and a bath tub.

Bahia de la Plata features a shared garden, sun terrace, fitness centre, covered padel tennis court, spa with heated indoor pool & steam room (hammam). Free private parking is available.

Absolutely beautiful one bedroom, one and one half bath unit. Great use of space, mirrors and glass. Huge covered porch from which we could see the ocean. The only problem we had was with wifi, ohterwise I would rat it a five.

Booking notes
A 20% deposit will be required within 1 week from booking confirmation and full payment is required 8 weeks prior to departure date.

A £200 'damage deposit' is charged, which is fully refunded to you if the apartment is left in good condition. £100 charge for loss of the apartment or garage keys.

The price includes the cost of electricity and water, although charges could be made if not within reasonable usage.

Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible but please note if outgoing and incoming guests depart/arrive the same day we have to insist departures are by 11am and arrivals after 4pm. This is for the cleaning and laundry to take place.

From Bahia de Plata you can walk past the 5 star Kempinski hotel on the beach to Laguna Village with its designer shops, international bars and restaurants. The other direction towards Estepona you have a Carrefour Hypermarket 1km away, numerous cafes, bars, restaurants on the beach and promenade.

Other wise known as “Costa del Golf” as there are more than 30 golf courses in Costa del Sol alone, including La Duqesa, Valle Romano, Finca Cortesin and Los Flamingos, to name but a few.

There are many beach clubs, ranging from glorious fine dining to chilled chirringitos.
