Located directly in Malaga's Paseo Maritimo (this part of it known as “Ciudad de Melilla”) this amazing, front line, 3 bedroom - 2 bathroom apartment has a lovely bright feel to it with superb views of the sea & seafront, and yet it's only a short walk to the main streets of Malaga's old quarter, with its museums, public transportation, restaurants and shops.
Just renewed, the apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building with elevator however.
South-oriented, in this contemporary 105 m2 property all the rooms are filled with natural light! The living room with it's open plan features a lounge area with a comfortable sofa, flat 40” screen TV for some entertainment as well as a “reading corner” and a dining table for four (which can add up to 6 guests). This is a cool, pleasant apartment in a great location. It's decorated in neutral colours and feels like a calm oasis from the bustling port outside. Malaga is a great place to visit - there is lots to do and we really enjoyed our holiday...More
