New, Sunny, Stylish & Comfortable 3 Bedr-2 bathr With Fabulous Sea Views Malaga Centre Located directly in Malaga's Paseo Maritimo (this part of it known as “Ciudad de Melilla”) this amazing, front line, 3 bedroom - 2 bathroom apartment has a lovely bright feel to it with superb views of the sea & seafront, and yet it's only a short walk to the main streets of Malaga's old quarter, with its museums, public transportation, restaurants and shops. Just renewed, the apartment is located on the 1st floor and can fit up to 6 guests. South-oriented, in this contemporary 105 m2 property all the rooms are filled with natural light! The living room with it's open plan features a lounge area with a comfortable sofa, flat 40” screen TV for some entertainment as well as a “reading corner” and a dining table for four (which can add up to 6 guests). The lounge leads to a terrace through large glass doors where you can relax with the views & the comfortable seating. Just sit and witness the most amazing sunrises and sundowns! The master bedroom has a king bed (150 cm) & 40” TV, whilst the 2nd bedroom has a double one (135 cm) and the 3rd offers nested bunk beds (90 cm each) & a 32” screen TV also. The master and 3rd have both direct access to the terrace too! AC/heating units in all bedrooms and living room. There are two bathrooms both with enclosed showers. Although Malaga is well known for its good food and our famous tapas, for some indoor cooking the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay: electric hob, coffee maker, kettle & toaster amongst others as well as washing machine & dish washer. Wireless internet throughout (Free of charge) - you will find the WI-FI code on your arrival. No smoking, no pets, no parties; corporate rentals and children welcome! SPECIAL SEASON MINIMUM/MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS: Holy Week, Christmas and August require a minimum/maximum of 4 guests. Parking on the streets is not easy almost all year-round - impossible in the summer - and not free of charge (except in on the weekends and late nights). There is private parking from the Local City Council called Muelle Uno where you can check availability and prices just minutes away from the apartment. Bedclothes and linens included in the rental price. Baby cot also available (with a charge). 
One set of towels (1 big & 1 small ) per person is included in the rental price. BATH TOWELS CANNOT BE USED FOR THE BEACH! We will check them at your departure and if necessary deduct the charge from the security deposit so please bear that in mind. Check-in starts at 15:00 and check-out at 12:00 the latest. Early arrivals and late departures can be requested before arrival by contacting previously and confirming with the manager. Arrivals after 23.00 have an extra charge of 15.00 € and after 00,30 h it's 25.00 €
