This unit is on the third floor of an elegant & charming old building which has been recently renovated to offer the most modern features in the property. As soon as you enter, you will immediately notice its particular style: modern yet bohemian. The living room faces the building inner patio and is bright and spacious. You will find here all you might need during your stay: flat TV, wireless Internet access and two comfortable sofas (one of them is a 140 cm wide sofa-bed). Also in this part of the apartment, there is the dining area for up to 4 guests. The kitchen is modern and very well equipped with stainless steel electrical home appliances: oven, microwave, dish washer as well as washer/dryer machine. The bedroom also overlooks the inner patio so you will be able to rest profoundly; it features a king size bed and two night tables as well as a chest of drawers and a good size closet. The bathroom on the other hand is spacious and has bathtub with shower, double sink, bidet and heated towel rail. San Agustin is perfect for those who want to enjoy a little time in the “chaos” of the old quarter while being able to rest at the end of the day. This apartment will be your new home in Malaga and will make your stay in our city unforgettable. VERY IMPORTANT: LOCAL POLICE REQUIRES US TO HAVE ALL YOUR IDENTIFICATION INFORMATION SO PLEASE SEND A COPY/PHOTO OF YOUR PASSPORT OR ID PRIOR TO ARRIVAL as we need to provide this information in advance. This is a lovely, sophisticated apartment, well equipped and right in the centre of historic Malaga. Just step out of the front door and the Cathedral is round the corner and the Picasso Museum about a 100 metres along the road. Within a few minutes...More

One word. Fantastic don't want to say too much because we want to keep this flat to ourselves. But Maria the owner is great and very attentive, the apartment has everything you could possibly need and always has hot water. We will definitely be returning!

Cannot fault anything about the apartment.Great location right in the centre of Malaga less than 100 yards from the Cathedral Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and loads of culture very close.Its only a short walk to the harbour and the beach

How to get there
If you are planning on taking public transportation, the best option would be the bus which leaves you about 5 minutes walking to the apartment; the train is faster but it leaves you a little bit further. A 'door to door' taxi is also good and much faster but obviously more expensive; I can organize a pick up from the airport to the apartment for only 25.00 €. In this case I need your flight number and landing time.
