Walking distance to San Pedro Village, shops ,restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy etc. 1.5km from Puerto Banus.<BR><BR>Tropical gardens and communal pool. The main floor consists; entrance hall, 2 bedrooms with 2 en-suite bathrooms, large living and dinning room with a nice terrace looking to the gardens and a fully equipped kitchen. On the top floor is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a beautifully furnished solarium terrace of 150m2, Jacuzzi and BBQ. It has air conditioned and double garage.<BR>

The location of the apartment suited us perfectly - right next to San Pedro beach (which wasn't at all busy when we stayed there); near some excellent restaurants; 5 mins drive (45 mins walk) to Puerto Banus; 5 mins drive (10 mins walk) to nearest supermarket. The top floor position provided fabulous views of both the sea and the mountains behind. The apartment complex was like an oasis inside, with well-tended gardens and pool. The apartment itself was well-furnished and the roof terrace was fantatsic - we spent a lot of time up here. The agent, Carmen, was very helpful and nothing was too much bother. I would definitely stay here again.
