The accommodation comprises an own entrance hallway leading to our dining area opening onto a large south/east facing open terrace with amazing views. Individual air conditioning units throughout the apartment. Modern fully fitted kitchen There is also a flat screen television, IPOD/Iphone docking station, DVD player and radio/cd player. There is ADSL connection, Wifi.
Master bedroom with extensive storage cupboards. A second double bedroom with en-suite shower room. A modern bathroom with bath, shower and his & hers sinks. On the photo you can see the stairs to our apartment.

We stayed at Casa Colina for 6 nights (couple & children - 6 & 2 years). It's a beautiful property, and quite spacious for families. At the time of your booking you will be asked to pay an initial non refundable deposit of 25% of the total cost of the rental to secure your booking. The balance of the holiday cost must be paid at least 6 weeks prior to arrival together with a refundable breakages deposit of €250. This will be refunded within 7 days of departure subject to satisfactory inspection of the property. Please insure the payment is made within this time. Should you arrange your holiday within 8 weeks of traveling then full payment is due with at the time of booking.

Stays are usually from Saturday to Saturday, but we are flexible.

Cleaning before and after your arrival is included, electricity depends on the period.

Usual arrival time is not before 3 pm and departure time is by 10am. We always try to be flexible regarding arrival and departure times, however, at busier times this may not be possible....
