Private parking space available on request 150m from the apartment 15 euros per day or 80 euros for a week. Public parking arranged 56 euros per week.

No smoking. No parties. The house keeper and other people live in the same building so please be considerate of them and don´t disturb them with noise etc. Please take care of the apartment dont damage or dirty it unnecessarily, in particular make sure children dont draw on the walls. Pets cannot be left alone in the apartment. A damage deposit of 100€ may be required and is returned the day of departure.
We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was everything we needed and in a great location in the heart of the old town. We will definitely be back.
This apartment is in the Albaicin which is a fantastic old neighborhood. You really get to experience historic Granada here. The apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed.

Located in the Albaicin, the old Moorish quarter of Granada which is a UNESCO world heritage site. The apartment is about as close to the city centre as possible whilst still being in the charming Albaicin.
The central yet quiet location means you are a short walk from all the sites, numerous bars & restaurants and the main shopping district. We provide our guests with our own restaurant and tapas bar guide.
